  • Now add ginger and garlic paste and fry well.

  • Add pigeon meat and mix well.

  • Add salt and water according to the taste and cook until the meat is tender.

  • Dust with garam masala, then serve hot.








2. Pigeon Kalia Recipe


Ingredients:




  • Pigeon meat: 3

  • Onion paste: 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon

  • Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon

  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • Green chilies: 3-4

  • Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Oil: 3 tablespoons

  • Salt: as per taste


Preparation Method:



  • You watch the pigeon meat very well.

  • Fry onion and garlic paste in a heated oil in a pan.

  • After the spices lose their raw smell, add yogurt and mix well.

  • Put in pigeon and water, cover, and cook.

  • When the meat has softened, add garam masala and green chilies. Serve hot.
